Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders of $45 or more. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

International

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Duties and taxes for cross-border orders are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if faulty.

  • We will send a prepaid label for eligible returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
